Thank you so much for posting this! I just found out earlier today I've gotten a second denial for my request for coverage of the sensors, prohibiting me from continuing to use my CGMS. That means my case now goes to appeals. I have updated lab work to show the CGMS has helped, and now I plan to submit a copy of this journal article. Thanks, Gina!!
