He needs to keep hearing it! I think the only thing that is going to cause change is continued pressure. BCBSTX should not be able to get by with denying the protection of the TX state law to state employees!

Hi Tarra - I am not aware of anyone....there is another person who just signed the petition that was also denied by UT. Email Brian Naiser (per my note). All of these government plans are being denied...I have an email from Brian that confirms it. So it's the same problem across the board.

Tarra - did you see my post about BCBSTX with the state employee plans (ERS, TRS, UT system, TX A&M system)? Check it out...I'm thinking you may be on one of these plans if you work for the state...
