I sent in my appeal. I followed up to make sure they received all of the paper work. The assigned a case number and told me they expect to have a decision on or before 8/30. I am crossing my fingers.

Nope- I am still waiting. I am appealing through my HR department though, because UHC was covering them before my company switched t Aetna. Per the contract my company made with Aetna, they have to cover everything UHC did

me too, i am still waiting to hear back from aetna from my appeal that was received on July 25th
